HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Usually, it takes at least 10 sessions to go through the entire house. If it's an office, one session can do the job. However, it depends on how big your house or office is, how much clutter we need to sort and how fast you are at making decisions. I also do single projects on client's request, like basements, pantry, closets, etc.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT?

Your choice! You can chose to work with me side-by-side, or just let me handle it while you relax! The discarding phase, which I highly recommend, can be done with me or by yourself before I come. Don't worry, I will never judge your decisions, and I will never throw away anything without your consent. After the decluttering phase, clients can chose to leave the organizing to me.

WHY DO I NEED A PROFESSIONAL?

It's difficult for most people to keep their space tidy because they usually start off on the wrong foot. A professional organizer's job is to create a plan for each client that will help them make the right choices on what to keep, and how to organize it, so we can maximize space and create an easy to maintain house or office. Once you have someone looking over your shoulder, it's harder to keep making excuses on why you need something "just in case".

DO I NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE OUR FIRST MEETING?

Yes and no. Before we start, the only thing I ask my clients is to picture their ideal space. You can also show me a magazine clipping or a photo on Pinterest that you fell in love with. Don't worry, I will let you know everything you need once we schedule our consultation. And No, you don't need to prepare your space before I come. I want to see how it looks like on a regular day, so I can design the best solution that works for you.

  • I do not provide a cleaning service. But I am more than happy to refer you to some of my trusted sub-contractors.

  • Yes, I can most definitely take your donations... you can chose which charity's mission speaks most to your heart from my full list of donation sites in Omaha, other than Goodwill.

  • No, I don't recommend going through your spouse's / grown children's possessions, unless they are present and willing to join us!
